New luxury condo’s in Jackson Square are currently under construction and plan to be completed in early 2018. Designed by Handel Architects 288 Pacific will provide thirty-three homes and 2,000-sq./ft. of retail space in the heart of Jackson Square, San Francisco’s most historic neighborhood. According to the developer Grosvenor the collection of homes will range from studio apartments to two bedroom penthouses. The units will offer generous ceiling heights, floor to ceiling windows, private landscaped gardens and rooftop terraces. The new development’s main entrance will be located at 720 Battery, the current parking lot parcel across from the Battery club. There will be 36 parking spaces available for the residence and bike storage. They are currently projecting the project to be complete in March 2018.
