Using a professional photographer is critical when it comes to marketing materials.  This showcases the property in advertising, online marketing and property brochures for prospective buyers.  I will provide a highly skilled photographer and work closely with them to make sure every angle is captured and the property looks amazing.  If there are outdoor features or views I will also have twilight photos taken to showcase the unique features of the home.  There are also arial photos available to highlight the size of the house, property, or neighborhood.

Virtual Tour

There are several different videos to choose from and I will present each option with my marketing strategy for your home.  The videos help captivate the buyer by telling a story about the home and highlighting the key features that will appeal to the buyer.

Open Houses

I create a customized open house schedule designed to make your home stand out from the others.  You can choose to have an “exclusive invite only” open house, twilight open house with wine and cheese and/or weekend open houses.  If parking is limited I can provide valet service to accommodate guests.
